I was very pleased at how fast Jeremy was able to come fix my computer. He was very professional, polite and friendly. I felt very comfortable with the work he did. He also had another 'trainee' with him named Jeremy who seemed to be sharp too. I have no complaints so far and I did buy the SAM so hopefully any future problems will be quickly resolved! Thanks to both of you!
