I've recently placed two large orders with EarthEasy for raised beds. I was so elated with the first set that I ordered more a few weeks later. In the second set, one of the boards was damaged in shipment. When I called to inquire about replacement, I was received graciously and was told it was no problem, and I had the new board just a couple of days later. I love the selection and quality of EarthEasy's products, but the exceptional and very personal customer service is really what sets them apart.
