I found out about Great Yarn Company when I googled about a certain knitting yarn. I wrote Sue inquiring about a certain color in a particular yarn. She quickly wrote back and more than answered my questions. The particular color I asked about was no longer being produced, but Sue offered to help find some for me. About a week later I placed a small order via the internet for some different yarn Sue had in stock. An order acknowledgment and a confirmation were immediately sent to me. The next day a shipping confirmation was sent. I received the yarn a couple of days later. I could not be more pleased with this company and will definitely order again.
