I have traveled to more than 50 countries, working in many. The help I received since reporting a fault to simple helix has been very very good, and, so far, I would rate this team in the top five in customer support in my 30 years of business experience. (The explanation of my 4 from 5 star rating is not because of the excellent support, but only because of the nature of the existence of the fault in the first place.)
