I was just the beneficiary of support service not required in my TOS. I screwed up a site totally. Destroyed it. But, even though it was not at all her responsibility, and without any groveling or special pleading on my part, SimpleHelix's Alissa Castillo restored the site. A huge THANK YOU for that "extra mile." it makes all the difference.
