I have to say that RVupgrades website has the best customer service of any company that I have dealt with in the recent past. I am a full-time working mother of 2 and I hardly have time to deal with nonsense. RVupgrades discontinued an item that I wanted to buy for a friend's wedding present, emailed me to let me know they were sorry then went ahead to assist me to find something similar.
